Do you only work on a retainer basis?
We understand that there is no 'one size fits all' solution for anything - retainers included. Therefore, we try to provide as much flexibility as possible and can work with fixed retainers, project budgets, or even hourly billing if that suits your needs.
What's your methodology?
In a word: 'precision'. We take the time to ask the right questions, do the research, and carefully identify the places you need to be for success. We then design a plan to get you there with the right mix of traditional and social media.
How do I know you'll understand my industry?
When a campaign goes nowhere, everyone loses. So we keep it simple by only engaging clients that fit within our area of expertise. For us, that's consumer entertainment and we'll demonstrate that knowledge long before you ever sign us up.
How much will this cost?
A lot less than advertising. We handle everything from million dollar accounts to thousand dollar projects, and can recommend a robust program to fit your budget.
Who's going to work on my account?
We never do the 'pitch and switch' by bringing in a senior team to sell and then handing off the work to junior personnel. Each account receives multiple layers of senior-level oversight, and teams are customized by skill-set to best suit your needs.
