An accomplished PR professional with more than 14 years of experience, co-CEO Lance Seymour manages the company's operations including finance, marketing, and new business development, in addition to direct involvement in the company's overall client and media relations. Having launched more than 150 interactive entertainment software titles, Lance has a proven track record in developing and implementing successful integrated public relations campaigns. Prior to co-founding HighWater Group, he held the position of Senior Communications Manager for GT Interactive Software, and Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Take 2 Interactive. He is a graduate of the University of San Diego with a degree in Business Administration, Finance and Marketing emphasis.

As co-CEO of HighWater Group, Dan oversees the company's entire Client Services Division. He is actively involved with each account, engaging in everything from high-level strategic counsel and planning, to pitching advantageous media outlets and writing press releases. With more than 18 years of agency and corporate experience in the interactive entertainment sector, Dan has successfully launched some of the most well-known interactive properties to date, including Mortal Kombat, NBA Jam, Unreal Tournament and Driver. An avid New York Ranger fan, Dan is routinely disgusted by the team's gutless inability to make the playoffs. Fortunately for him, 1994 seems like yesterday.
